About Us
Real Estate Affordability League
REALBoston Corp believes that education and advocacy are key building blocks for expanding access opportunities to affordable housing.
Our overarching strategy is to leverage small-scale ownership to catalyze larger-scale neighborhood transformation. Rather than waiting on large developers, our model builds from the ground up, focusing first on ADUs— smaller, more attainable projects for “mom and pop” owner — and then scaling with grassroots developers into infill lots with innovative “Article 79” building designs to maximize density and affordability.
By creating an accessible pathway and removing barriers to entry, REALBoston is empowering local stakeholders to become key agents in reshaping their communities.
Our Vision:
Central to REALBoston Corporation’s vision is a development model that prioritizes the mom and pop owners and grassroots developers. They hold the key to the transformational buildout of the urban housing infrastructure needed for this new future.
Our Mission:
Our mission is to empower local ‘mom and pop’ owners and developers by streamlining a transparent, community-centeric real estate development process.
